Where are the apartments located?
We’re in the city center at 167 Milonogianni Street, Chania 73135, Crete, Greece — about 10 minutes from Chania Old Town.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards and check-out is until 11:00 AM.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge.
Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total amount.
Cancellations made less than 15 days before arrival will be charged the full amount.
Do you offer parking?
We do not provide private parking, but there is plenty of free parking space available in the area nearby.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available in all areas.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at our property.
Do you provide airport transfer?
Airport transfer can be arranged upon request with an extra charge.
