We are Giannis and Lefteris Goumenakis – two brothers from Chania who share a passion for hospitality. In 2022, with a lot of effort, love, and meraki, we decided to transform this passion into a family business. Our goal was simple: to create a welcoming space where every guest could feel both the comfort of home and the charm of authentic Cretan living.
With this vision, we designed and built four cozy, stylish, and unique apartments. Each one reflects our attention to detail and our dedication to providing not just accommodation, but a memorable stay.
The apartments are located in the city center of Chania, only a 10-minute walk from the Old Town, where history, culture, and vibrant local life meet. At the same time, despite their central location, parking is conveniently available nearby – something that makes your stay easier and more relaxed.
Every apartment is spacious enough to host up to 4 guests, thoughtfully equipped with everything you need: modern kitchens, laundry facilities, comfortable living areas, and even a private backyard for moments of peace. Whether you are visiting as a couple, with friends, or as a family, our apartments are designed to offer both comfort and functionality.
